What I Do

I Coach.

My coaching style is “Hands On” taking my clients through a 360 holistic approach, including traditional approaches such as Meta Techniques. I am able to engineer unique coaching solutions for every client as we work through the Limiting beliefs and install empowering beliefs.

I Write.

I am gifted in a few areas when it comes to penning ideas. I am a poet, an author and a learning and development specialist. As a poet I love to express words in art form. As an author I believe in leaving a coaching and teaching tool behind. As L& D specialist I am required to write, compile, and scrutinize books and learning material.

I Broadcast.

I’ve been involved in broadcasting for a number of years. As a trained communicator, it’s one of my absolute favourite things to do. Radio, TV, Voice Coaching, Voice Overs and many more broadcasting functions I enjoy.

My Story

I am an ordained Minister, Motivational Speaker, Skills Development Specialist and a Master Facilitator, Coach, and Author.

I am a Learning and Development professional with over 20 years’ experience in developing and implementing end-to-end training solutions. I have worked with various Corporate, Community & NGO organisations with a proven track record of supporting executive management to drive performance by building strong leaders that intern build strong teams.

My passion is to enable sustainable business and individual performance through the design, development and deployment of fit-for-purpose blended learning solutions that are Just-in-time ensuring adequate competence across business products, processes, and systems.

I am highly skilled and enthusiastic about facilitating and designing energetic, interactive, and effective training content that is current, progressive and in line with industry standards and modern technology.

I have worked in broadcasting both TV and radio for several years operating in distinct roles as a presenter, producer, engineer, voiceover artist, voice coaching, support acts, etc.

Finally, I have been in ministry for approximately 23 years serving in various roles and portfolios with core focus on: Youth and community development, Counselling, Evangelism and outreach, deliverance coaching, social entrepreneurship, moral regeneration as well as ethnic wounds and reconciliation programs and radio ministry.
